IMPORTANT NOTE: This form only needs to completed if you are with an organization interested in training more than one person using your organization’s own Learning Management System (LMS). If you are an individual looking for a completion certificate please follow this link to the certificate version to complete the course and receive your certificate.

In addition to LMS-ready versions of "Working Together: The Ontario Human Rights Code and the AODA"
(SCORM versions 1.2 and 2004 4th ed. available, with and without built-in certificate) you will also have access to:

  • Closed caption files (VTT)
  • Open captioned (embedded, "always on") version
  • American Sign Language (ASL) version
  • A standalone version that runs on server or desktop without LMS
