The Ontario Human Rights Commission (OHRC) and the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) invite you to learn about your responsibility to recognize, prevent and address sexual harassment in the workplace.

This free webinar guides employers on how to effectively prevent, recognize, respond to and address sexual harassment in the workplace. Participants will be guided through key sections of the OHRC's Policy on preventing sexual and gender-based harassment, starting with sexual harassment as defined by the Ontario Human Rights Code.

About the presenter: Cherie Robertson B.A., M.A., LL.B

Cherie Robertson is a lawyer who works as a Senior Policy Analyst at the Ontario Human Rights Commission (OHRC).  She develops and drafts public policy on a range of human rights and social justice issues.  She also delivers public education and undertakes consultations with stakeholder groups and the broader public.  She is the author of the OHRC’s Policy on preventing sexual and gender-based harassment.
